Welcome to Tailightful ("we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of our website/store/Services (powered by Shopify) and purchases. By using Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you disagree, do not use Services.

1. Eligibility & Account  
You must be 18+ (or age of majority). Provide accurate info; keep account secure. No sharing/transferring accounts.

2. Products & Orders  
POD products are made-to-order/personalised. Colors/sizes may vary by device. We disclaim all warranties on appearance/quality. Orders are offers; we may reject/cancel anytime. No cancellations post-acceptance. Personal use only - no resale/export. Returns per Refund Policy.

3. Pricing & Payment  
Prices are VAT-inclusive. Exclude shipping, unless special offers. Update payment info. You warrant card authorization; pay all charges. Promotions separate.

4. Shipping 
Estimates only; delays not our liability. Risk passes on carrier handover.

5. IP & Feedback  
Services/content are our IP; personal use only. Feedback grants us perpetual royalty-free license. No unauthorized use.

6. Third-Parties & Tools  
Third-party links/tools "AS IS"; we disclaim liability. Shopify not liable for your transactions (release included).

7. Prohibited Use 
No unlawful/harmful activity, spam, IP infringement, or malware. We may terminate access.

8. Termination 
We may terminate anytime; you pay owed amounts. Surviving: IP, Liability, etc.

9. Disclaimers 
Services/Products "AS IS"/"AS AVAILABLE". No warranties (merchantability, fitness). Reliance at your risk.

10. Liability Limit
To maximum extent, no liability for indirect/consequential damages, lost profits, etc., from Services/Products. Total liability capped at purchase price.

11. Indemnity
You indemnify us/Shopify for breaches, violations, or claims from your use.

12. General
