Limited Returns (Defects Only)
We offer a no-refund policy on all items. Personalised POD items exempt from cooling-off per CCR Reg 28 due to made-to-order nature, no returns/exchanges for sizing, color, fit, or preference. 

Defects Only (30 Days)  
Faulty/not as described under Consumer Rights Act. Inspect upon arrival. For printing errors, damage, or wrong item: Email photos/proof to admin@tailightful.com within 30 days. We'll reprint or credit.

Non-Returnable  
All custom apparel (tees, hoodies, crewnecks). No sale/gift items.

EU 14-Day Right  
EU Customers: 14-day full cash refund on unused returns (contact first at admin@tailightful.com).
